I am a diligent and adaptable IT professional with exceptional team leadership and communication skills. I always pay the utmost attention to detail when performing any task and try to be an excellent role model for my colleagues and other staff.

I have accumulated a multitude of specialized skills during my extensive education, career and professional development, including a diverse range of Siebel, Oracle, Microsoft, Sybase products and technologies, and other data management tools. I have been intrinsically involved in data management and warehousing, from design and architecture to programming and implementation.

I have achieved a career experience that spans 30 years working for reputable companies and organizations, and have had the opportunity to witness the development and evolution of many of the exciting technologies that we use today, from their early implementations to the latest generation. I have performed various roles during this time, including work as a Sales Engineer, Data Architect, Technical Lead, Senior Siebel Specialist, Principal Consultant and Solutions Director. I have provided more than 14 years of architectural and technical leadership for 4 Oracle Customer Hub (OCH) projects and more than 24 CRM projects, that involved funding of between $250K and $100M for their implementation, including the largest in Europe and North America.

I have traveled extensively during my career, having built effective working relationships with people from a range of cultures and backgrounds, and I believe that this contributes to making my set of skills and competencies unique in that I have become naturally flexible and can adapt to many different environments. I can speak and write fluently in English and French, and in Spanish to a basic level.
