Act as trusted advisor/spin doctor on strategic level: in-depth knowledge and experience with A-list performance monitoring products and how to create added value out of them aligned to business demands, commercial contacts in Banking, Healthcare, and Public sector.

Specialties: Application Performance Management (APM), implementing and embedding of APM services in large organizations. Creating added value out of APM services/tooling. Ability to understand complex application chains and to translate them business wise into what's needed to solve a customer's performance issue.
