Boston Scientific DRG implementation.
I have done multiple DRM projects for Boston Scientific and we had always talked about doing DRG to put a governance process in place. They had a governance spreadsheet but it was more work then really it needed to be. We at a high level took the rules from that spreadsheet and created tasks and flows based off of what they had.
I wish I would have had more time, so we could have really locked in some of the validations.
