Zoho Commerce was recently launched. It's not an old product. The product is in the process of working on its look and feel along with the drag-and-drop concept. There is nothing to improve in the aforementioned details. Improvement is needed in the UI and UX part of the solution. In general, the look and feel of the solution needs improvement. It is important to note that the aforementioned improvements suggested don't apply to all businesses making the improvements optional. The UI need not just be improved but should have additional functionalities so that a non-developer can use the solution.
