The support system of Turbot needs more improvement in terms of raising SLA tickets and maintaining the TAT should get a little more refined, but not in respect to features, as rest of all things are good. Turbot should have a community site because it is currently missing from the application. Such a site would allow users to write down their queries and get responses globally.
