From my perspective, I think Infor dEPM is a good solution for clients who want to deep dive into data analysis in finance, but it may be complicated. The user cannot make decisions independently as it is based on consultant input and is not easy to customize. Additionally, it's not popular in my industry or country. A consolidation report would be helpful as an additional feature to make Infor dEPM more competitive.
There are questions about how Infor DEPM can be used with other solutions and the difficulties in connecting it with other software solutions. Integration is a concern.

There's some missing dynamic changing when you're not using the Excel formula yet you're creating a report. If you want to use it within one hierarchy only two or three elements, that's not possible. We'd like to see improvement in the reporting feature. The usability could be better. For example, we'd like to see better planning features for budgeting.

It's a very expensive solution.
The initial setup from a user perspective can be cumbersome and has room for improvement. The technical support has room for improvement.
