The interface is not user-friendly so the ease of use could be improved. There is a steep learning curve involved. I would like to have better integration with solutions like Veeam so that I can have a cloud-based DR site. The setup is complex and time-consuming.

IBM is already pretty good at upgrading the solution. On a quarterly basis they update and enhance the offering and work to reduce bugs. The solution should offer better cross-platform integration capabilities. The reporting mechanisms need improvement. It would be nice if the solution enhanced its deduplication and compression features.
