Technical support could be better. The response could be better and faster. The rest is fine.

The price is expensive and could be made more competitive. Better management tools are needed. The integration with other products should be improved.

Compatibility with other platforms could be improved. It's mostly around agreeing on security compatibility with other platforms, that's where we have to do a lot of integration. The same applies for additional features with regard to compatibility and security. Going forward I'd like to see compatibility with an application firewall, and an anti-spam solution.
