The only negative aspect of Firefly I see is the pricing, which is expensive. I would like to see Firefly include animated styles, such as moving objects or GIF functionality. This feature would significantly ease tasks related to video editing and adapting to green screen processes.

In terms of improvements for Firefly, it can be made more AI native, though it already has a powerful Thinkerbel AI agent for recovery. There are initial setup and dependency requirements that could be made easier for broader audiences, and the UI can feel overwhelming for teams just starting their infrastructure as code journey, so more tutorials would be beneficial for beginners. The documentation could be enhanced to help new users navigate the platform more effectively.
Some of the areas Firefly can improve are a simpler onboarding process for organizations with large and multi-cloud environments, more customization for generated Terraform code to better match existing coding standards and module structures, and more native integrations with DevOps and ITSM tools. Additional improvements would include better cost optimization insights alongside the governance recommendations and better collaboration features.
I feel that Firefly can be improved by getting more models to generate high-end videos. The model should be trained much more because sometimes I feel some visual effects or some realism is missing from the videos. Firefly should work on that. Additionally, on the same prompt there are sometimes two different consistencies, so consistency among the prompts should be improved. Output flexibility such as exporting in good wider quality and pixels are also things that could be improved.

If I talk about the cost, the cost is a little high. However, I think it is saving our cost in another way. So it is a win-win situation for both of us, the customer and the users. At conclusion, it is good for us. Cost does not matter.

At times the image quality from Firefly is inconsistent. That is something that could be improved. There is limited creative visibility that could be worked on. Firefly is already a pretty good tool, but if those shortcomings are improved, then this would be a ten-out-of-ten product.
