I didn't find anything that wasn't useful or needed to be added. When I found something that really needs to be remediated, I can always contact support to ask a question, or I can send an email or Slack them. They are really responsive to any questions you might have about the product, alerts, and remediation. They also provide training themselves. It is not a recorded video, and you can interact with them and ask any question you would like to ask them. So far, the tool is good and very powerful.
