There are some features that don't work as expected. For example, the schedule doesn't start at the time that was specified. Sometimes files can get corrupt, which can be quite dangerous. That's one of our main concerns at the moment. Technical support is unhelpful. The redundancies are lacking. We expected to have workflows that could meet our business requirements. Certain things like automatic lookup on the systems and seeing objects would have been great. The board reporting tool needs to be improved a lot. We have a lot of issues with the product and its workflow capabilities.
