They should integrate the solution with more email services. That would be very helpful.

The ability to change the branding on the site could be improved. The branding was quite basic, consisting of a logo and some basic color schemes. It was not possible to make the shared file site look like it was part of our own company website, which could have improved the end-user experience. The user interface is not very intuitive. We must use the solution multiple times before it becomes natural to us. We can then send the appropriate emails to clients with the necessary attachments. The user interface has room for improvement.

We've implemented this solution to multiple customers using a hybrid mode. Some of our customers are facing issues when sending files outside their company. Outlook gets hacked sometimes and there may be some network latency even though our PTL and network bandwidth is very good.

It's an enterprise product, but in terms of new trends, they should be moving toward DLP. People want DLP features in the file servers. Because of the sensitive data in the file servers, customers prefer Data Leak Prevention (DLP). DLP features are lacking and required because, especially with everyone working from home, security is now paramount when the data is on BYOD devices. Specifically in Europe, they have the GDPR compliance, which requires a lot of reporting and product mechanisms. They only thing that I can see is that Citrix needs to add more security features. The most important criteria for our customers is file sharing, and it can be done with any tool whether it's Dropbox, OneDrive, or G Drive, but the customers don't prefer them because they are not compliance-ready. In the next release, they should include more data security, collaboration features, and DLP.

My only issue with this solution is the cost, which should be improved.
