One improvement that Appsflyer can make is to find better ways to access aggregating raw data. You have to pay for data ingestion when you export; it's not like you get front-end numbers from the raw export, so those are two things that are a bit challenging. Getting access to a full picture without having to pay for cost aggregation and getting raw data post-install with front-end metrics piped in is a limitation. I rate Appsflyer a nine because I think there are things they can improve on, such as the user interface, which needs a redesign. The user interface for the dashboard and for accessing the metrics exists, but they're just hidden. A reorganization of their interface to allow clients to access important aspects can be improved upon, which can also speed up the heavy manual work sometimes of people within our field.
