We are using Odoo. We have been dealing with Odoo for around a year. Previously, we were using Zoho People Plus. We transferred all our system to Odoo. We have been practicing on Odoo for around a year. We were working with Zoho People Plus for around a year.
I use Zoho People for managing the entire end-to-end HR activities. I have experience as a Zoho configurator and a power user. My use case involves the services industry, primarily IT services and retail services, catering to medium-sized businesses.
My company uses the tool mainly for employee master data, leave administration, and attendance management. Moving forward, they will also do a performance appraisal.
