We use HelloID for ourselves and our customers. It helps us manage all access to our applications. In our situation, we have a HelloID portal and our clients also have a HelloID portal. When our clients need support, our employees are able to access the client portal without the need to log in. This is very useful.
We provide virtual workspaces for small to medium-sized organizations. Because we don't have many service desk employees (and we don't like to do support ;) ), we use HelloID to automate every repetitive task we can imagine. Also, we use HelloID as our SSO solution.
We are a healthcare organization (five thousand users) with a variety of web-based applications. HelloID helps us with SSO to all these applications. Users can log in with their AD account and an MFA to all of the different applications, regardless of SAML, ADFS, etc.
We use this software primarily for Single/Seamless Sign-On, Access Management, Service Automation, and User Provisioning to multiple systems. Users can request services and applications via this portal. Another feature we use is Multi-factor authentication with the authenticator apps.
