I am using Software AG ARIS Process Mining. I've been working with Software AG ARIS Process Mining for almost three years, but specifically in mining, I would say for the last six to seven months, I'm being trained in it. I would say I'm not a pro into it, but I'm learning. I haven't done any projects on Software AG ARIS Process Mining. I am just using it to explore a few of the features. I can say that I'm just a user of the product. For Software AG ARIS Process Mining, I'm majorly using it for process modeling purposes. As I am doing for IBM Blueworks, it depends upon which tool clients are comfortable using. We explain the features, advantages, and disadvantages of each tool to them, and then we leave it to them to decide which tool they would prefer. I'm doing the same thing that I do on IBM with Software AG ARIS Process Mining. I'm learning the ARIS mining as of now, and I'm comparing it with Signavio's mining.
Process mining solutions present in the market give the process discovery perspective. ARIS Process Mining is the only product suite that goes beyond the process discovery and analysis part. After process discovery, we can use the solution to do a little bit of optimization using simulations.

We have several use cases starting from modeling. So we looked at our process, and we also updated the price architecture and the architecture of the organization. Majorly, we are on the modeling of the process now, and we need to start the mining process where we are trying to enhance some of the processes. From a modeling perspective, the product is so good. It was worth each penny we paid for the solution.
