In our organization, we rely on miniOrange PAM to limit and monitor employee access to privileged accounts. We have many employees who have access to privileged accounts, and we utilize the just-in-time privileged access management feature of miniOrange PAM. In just-in-time privileged access management, we provide users with time-bound access for their particular work, and the access is automatically revoked after the work is completed. Another feature we utilize is session monitoring and controlling, which allows us to monitor every privileged session and receive recordings and detailed logs of every session that are useful for compliance. Additionally, miniOrange PAM provides a password vault that allows us to store our system passwords securely, and these passwords get rotated at regular intervals. We have around twenty employees in our team who all require just-in-time access with miniOrange PAM. Whenever there is a requirement for any employee, they raise a ticket from their PAM dashboard, which I review. The ticket includes the reason and the amount of time access is needed. After I approve the ticket, the employee gets the access they need and can log in to the system without typing their password; they are logged in directly and can complete their work. Afterward, their access is automatically revoked after some time. As an e-commerce website, our team uses miniOrange PAM to monitor all privileged activities of users, which helps us comply with regulations and avoid any cyber insider threats.
