We used the inFeedo to check the pulse of employees at different intervals. We check the pulse after 15 days, another after 45 days, and after 90 days. We ask them questions and check the pulse accordingly. Based on the results, we set up a process to integrate inFeedo with the HR system of the organization. We had Oracle as our HR system, so we integrated inFeedo with Oracle and set up the entire program for the end-to-end employee experience. In addition, we used it for other HR processes, such as applying for leaves and reimbursement. But for that, we have to integrate inFeedo with our existing HR system and bring all the data into inFeedo.
