My main use case for GLPI by Teclib is managing IT service requests and tracking hardware inventory. Day to day, I use it to process support tickets, manage users, and keep track of our company's computers, printers, and network devices. When a new employee joins, I use GLPI by Teclib to assign a computer to them. I search for an available laptop in the inventory, link it to their user profile, and register the serial number and software license. GLPI by Teclib simply helps us keep everything organized and well documented in our daily work.
GLPI by Teclib serves as my primary CMDB and database for our company's inventory of devices. A specific example would be the inventory of laptops, resources, and servers that we have in the company. We also use it for diagramming the data centers, the racks we have, the location of the devices in the racks, the units they occupy, and the specific data for each server. We use the platform for inventorying IP ranges for the different environments, which allows us to link the IPs to the devices or to the inventory of the virtual machines we have loaded in the CMDB. This gives us exact knowledge of the free IPs that we have in the company. Another valuable addition is the plugin for the Active Directory connector, which allows us to import the company's users and assign company users to devices such as printers, headsets, keyboards, monitors, and mice. This ensures we know precisely which devices a user has at their location that belong to the company.

My main use case for GLPI by Teclib is for tickets to have order, and I use it for management too. A quick specific example of how I use GLPI by Teclib for tickets or management involves using it for the OSH that was still set up for new in the JV; in engineer, IT needs for. I am a software license. Ticket creation is generated by an auto method where tickets are generated by GLPI via a mail received from the ARA, and the ARA will go to GLPI to action. I do the IT work, and I don't often set the category to request for a new hire, and I provide priority to GLPI automatic appraisal, service level agreements, and give the agent forty-eight hours to complete it. This setup has worked for me as it makes my day easier, taking tickets in order and doing the management as well.
My main use case for GLPI by Teclib involves managing retail clients who have about 7,000 tickets opened per year, with around 600 IT computer devices, plus about 400 data devices, mobile phones, tablets, around ten routers, access points, and a data center to manage the cluster, the racks, with power, in the retail area.On a day-to-day basis, I use GLPI by Teclib with its email receiver feature, meaning that when the help desk team receives an email, GLPI takes that email and automatically opens a ticket, which is directed to the specific team, to the IT support team, and within the ticket it can be escalated to other IT levels and other departments. In addition to the main use case of GLPI by Teclib, I manage a data center with three large racks, two server racks and one network rack inside the data center, and for the warehouse that has 880 employees, there are other racks. I have the registration and record of all IT equipment, entry, exit, maintenance, and the history of the equipment. This way I can have statistics, know what the need is, what the demand is. This speeds up my ability to know how many I should have in stock and what the recurring problems are and how to solve them. I already have a history there and information that speeds up and greatly organizes day-to-day work.
I work directly with some customers, and, in general, consumers. We attend to some people, however I mostly attend directly to the employees of my company. We started using the product in 2018 and we use it for various purposes, including customizing it for our company's needs with optimized fields and additional sessions.
