The price is something important to consider, and it was something important to us, which is why we also chose it. I chose seven out of ten because of some issues in the heavy font and architecture and internal organization and adaptation of the end user portal. Seven is the best rating for me. Regarding its accuracy and reliability of output, I am not usually correct, but most of the time when I correct, the results are correct. My advice for others looking into using GLPI by Teclib is that it is easy to work with. It is great and makes the work easier. The key is the customer support. I gave this review a rating of seven out of ten.

Regarding the accuracy and reliability of output, we do not use any AI features. I believe the governance and security of GLPI by Teclib are solid since we do not use any AI capabilities. In project management, I have about 19 projects and subprojects within GLPI by Teclib, and it manages the statistics, also manages the current status of each project, what to do, which step it is at, which are the recurring activities, which are the predecessor activities of a new activity, and when I have to also trigger team members, within GLPI by Teclib, I perform this triggering.I would rate GLPI by Teclib a 10 on a scale from 1 to 10. I give it this rating because it solves many problems, it speeds up work a lot. It is very good at what it does and much better than others on the market. GLPI by Teclib is implemented in my organization on-premises. I have it on-premises, and externally I only access it via VPN.
