My company's clients use GajShield Next Generation Firewall since its user-friendly and stable interface. It is a bit cheaper than a product like Fortinet, and the support is also good.
The solution can be deployed on the cloud or on-premise. We are using GajShield Next Generation Firewall for data leak prevention. We have a certain group of users who have restricted access and this is done with the solution. We are a 100 percent American subsidiary in India and our office is connected to the headquarters. We connect using the VPN through the firewall to the servers.
For a recent ERP implementation, we wanted secure connectivity for users who are going to connect via mobile devices to the ERP server. We wanted secure connectivity, that's why we opted for a firewall. The ERP vendor, who is willing to provide support services, we wanted to provide secure connectivity for them also. With VPN-based connectivity, the ERP technical team can provide technical support for any technical issues that we face. Right now, within our company, there are about ten users who use this solution. Currently, our usage is very limited, but over time, I think the usage will grow.
