The experience with the pricing in SentinelOne Singularity Endpoint can be quite difficult to understand because there are several licensing lines, and sometimes it can be complicated to know which lines will be used. Thanks to the help of the SentinelOne Singularity Endpoint team, we had a great test offer to follow our needs. Compared to our previous solution, the licensing part of SentinelOne Singularity Endpoint was less expensive, so we saved some money.

It will be moderate, compared to CrowdStrike. Based on my knowledge about our organization, it is costing around 11 to 12 dollars per endpoint for our customers, so compared to CrowdStrike, it is moderate or cheap for us.

My experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing for SentinelOne Singularity Complete has been positive. SentinelOne Singularity Complete does not require any maintenance from our end. There is a maintenance schedule once a month from SentinelOne itself. We receive prior notification if there are any maintenance schedules, but it does not take much time. The system will be offline for no more than five minutes. The security is still maintained during that time. If any alerts come, they are automatically recorded.
Regarding the pricing, Singularity Platform is very high compared to other platforms that have been worked with, such as CrowdStrike and other Sophos EDRs. While it offers very good features at the enterprise level, it comes at a premium price. Licensing includes various tiers like Pro and Singularity, and while highly customizable, it is indeed expensive.
In terms of pricing for Singularity Platform, I believe they are competitive with the market. I do not believe they are cheap or expensive; I believe they try to be within a few basis points of other offerings. My philosophy is you pay for what you get, so if you decide to cheapen out on the cost of your platform, you are not going to get what you want.
