Both Prometheus and Grafana are open source. You can purchase a license to get the online service and better support, but I am not responsible for making this decision within my company.
It is open-source for small users. For energy management in any organization, you need more than two or three users. You don't need 20 users. It's not like Windward, where there are a whole lot of people using it. Grafana Enterprise Stack allows up to three users. If you want more than that, then I think it's 35 dollars a year per user.
