I am still working with Grafana Enterprise Stack. They offer authentication and security features by providing AD integration and other capabilities, so security is taken care of. There is no issue with the security. The alerting system can be integrated along with Grafana Enterprise Stack itself, and that is also allowed. We can even build a historical alert view using Grafana Enterprise Stack, which is a pretty good feature. The solution is affordable. On a scale from one to ten, I would rate Grafana Enterprise Stack an eight.

For those wanting to use Grafana Enterprise Stack, being aware of how integrations work and how to configure alerting would be advantageous. On a scale of one to ten, I would rate Grafana Enterprise Stack as eight. Overall, I would rate the solution eight out of ten.
I rate Grafana around nine out of ten. I recommend Grafana due to its flexibility with SaaS and open source options. Unlike closed ecosystems like Datadog, Grafana avoids vendor lock-in, providing freedom to switch if needed. Furthermore, Grafana's community dashboards, like the Kubernetes overview I have developed, enhance its functionality.
Overall, Grafana is fantastic. If you are considering its use, integrating it through Helm charts with Kubernetes or OpenShift clusters is highly efficient. Adding AI capabilities in the future could significantly reduce manual intervention. I'd rate the solution eight out of ten.
If you're just using Grafana as it is and what it's designed for, I would say it's a ten out of ten. There's nothing else like it that I've seen. There are lots of dashboard systems, but not for free and not online, and they don't have all the features that Grafana has. My advice depends on what people want. For example, I have customers who pay a lot of money for Schneider metering software. I tell them they can get the data out of the SQL database and use Grafana. You can customize it and never have to pay for an upgrade. Those Schneider models, and a lot of people, basically work on the next version. In about three versions, the software has not been compatible with your old databases. Here, if you've got the old database, you don't have to buy the new system. You still have the same meters in the system. Just use Grafana or Node-RED. It's also free. You just have to learn how to pull the data in and out, and you've got yourself a free system.
