It is very good for many of my customers in the banking and finance segments. The price isn't a problem there, but in some other industries, people ask for a cheaper solution. When the price is an issue for the customer, we recommend Veeam, Metallic.

This product costs more upfront but in the end, it's cheaper than the competitors once you back everything up. I don't like how the licensing works because you purchase the license from a third-party and then you get the product. I am not sure, but I believe that the cost is $7 USD per user.
