AWS has more native integrations to IAM and other AWS cloud services (ECR,Fargate, EC2) while ROSA solution is more relevant for OCP users on Prem. The pricing factor as far as I calculated once is 2.5 in favor of EKS. So ROSA is much more that plain EKS but has the vendor lock and pricing of enterprise solution platform grade.
