My advice for others looking into using Scrunch AI is to make sure that the prompts you are monitoring are the ones that you want to know about and that you can action on. I found this interview to have too many improvement questions. I understand asking one, but the interview asked several times about improvements, and I don't think that's necessary because it's supposed to be a positive review. One question is sufficient, but it felt as though the interview was over-rotating towards asking what's wrong with the product. I did not appreciate that approach.
