I would rate Oracle Taleo a seven out of ten. Oracle Taleo is more suitable for a bigger SME size business, whereas start-ups and enterprises might find other tools to offer better customization and features.
I am planning to move from Taleo to Oracle Virtual Cloud. This is my current direction, and I rate the solution eight out of ten. There is no coding capability on Taleo. That said, configuration requires effort to make the product work when expanding to a new country. This requires careful consideration. I'm not sure about the IT system in Hialeah, however, it's going to ORP, the ORP company, KI. Overall, I rate the solution eight out of ten.
The product was moderately sufficient for my company's talent acquisition needs. The product was not very sophisticated in terms of what it could do. The performance of the product was okay, in my opinion. I don't believe the product has any AI capabilities or integrations. I believe that many people in the market use the product. It would be difficult for me to say whether I would recommend the product to others or not since I have not had any experience with similar tools in the market. I believe that I am not the right person to recommend the solution to others. I rate the tool a seven out of ten.
The solution provides good performance management. You need some technical people to manage the solution in case of new releases. Three to four people are needed for the solution's maintenance. You have AI features in Oracle Taleo. The solution's AI features help in the onboarding process and answer the questions newcomers ask. I recommend users choose their product based on their use cases. The solution has to be stable to manage the large volume of transactions, and its usability and adoption must also be considered. Overall, I rate the solution an eight out of ten.

We're just customers and end-users. We don't have a business relationship with the company. I actually prefer a different product, Workday. I would recommend that instead of Taleo. That said, on a scale from one to ten, I'd still rate Taleo at a nine.

I rate the overall product a five out of ten. I wouldn't recommend it to others. It is cumbersome and boring to use.
If the customer has already implemented Fusion, I'd recommend going for ORC as a stand-alone product. I rate this solution six out of 10.
