The impact of the integration of Microsoft Security Copilot with other Microsoft security solutions such as Purview data security posture management on our organization's security posture has not been felt, as we haven't done any integration yet.Our plan is to use the Microsoft Security Copilot standalone portal to build, test, and deploy our own security copilot agents. My view on the effectiveness of Microsoft Security Copilot's natural language interface in evaluating team expertise is that it has been positive so far. We are still learning. We have not yet used the agentic AI feature to automate security and IT tasks. We have not yet used the new security store to discover the autonomous security copilot agents. Regarding whether Microsoft Security Copilot has helped reduce our organization's mean time to resolution, we are hoping for this benefit. We haven't gone live yet, as we are still in a pilot phase. My advice to another organization considering Microsoft Security Copilot is to definitely try it out because we do appreciate a lot of the features that we want to use. I would rate this product an eight overall.
I have been using Microsoft Security Copilot for two to three years. I am not using it as a standalone portal to build, test, deploy and deploy my own Microsoft Security Copilot agent. My view on the effectiveness of Microsoft Security Copilot natural language interface is that each year it gets better. It is pretty effective, but I think each year it gets better in defending more and more threats because every year threats get larger and bigger. And so it only gets better. I know we are releasing new things at the conference this year that will even be better. I have not used the agentic AI feature to automate security, but I know our agents work. My thoughts on the integration of generative AI in it for incident response are that it saves us time and money. Before it would take an hour to triage an incident to fix it. Now it takes maybe ten to fifteen minutes. I think I have used it to discover the autonomous Microsoft Security Copilot agent. I give this product a rating of ten out of ten. I want to add: go buy Microsoft Security Copilot.
My impressions of the available agents, such as the access review agent in Microsoft Entra, are that the access review agent and the triage agent are the ones that we have been using the most so far. My advice to other organizations considering Microsoft Security Copilot is that if you are on Microsoft tools and you are a Microsoft shop, you should not look elsewhere. Microsoft Security Copilot is absolutely the place to be. I would rate this product a nine out of ten.
AI in Microsoft Security Copilot for incident response is effective. Full-time employees represent a longstanding known problem that most organizations are not serviced enough with or do not have enough to actually handle the volume that they receive. The goal of Microsoft Security Copilot is to bridge that gap and solve a problem that has been known to exist for a long time. The review rating for this product is 7.
When using the trial version of Microsoft Copilot platform with 30 days free access, the performance was somewhat slow, possibly due to internet connectivity issues or trial version limitations. The adoption rate is about 20 to 30%. Microsoft could consider introducing different pricing tiers for SMEs and large enterprises. While large companies may have the budget for higher costs, SMEs might be more interested in AI solutions with more affordable pricing options. The overall review rating for Microsoft Security Copilot is 9 out of 10.

The value of Microsoft Security Copilot is evident since I don't have to use Grammarly or other tools. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate Microsoft Security Copilot a 7.5.
I would rate Microsoft Security Copilot a seven out of ten due to two things: the reliability, which still needs some work, and the commercial aspect. Those two aspects bring it down to a seven.
Regarding Microsoft Security Copilot for Security's AI-driven guidance and analysis, I believe we have not yet used that feature, but we will test it out soon. The task automation feature of Microsoft Security Copilot for Security has not yet affected my team's workflow. I would rate Microsoft Security Copilot an eight out of ten. The UI can always be better, and there is slow processing. Sometimes, we do not get the expected results, but that's fine. To achieve a ten, maybe the reliability needs to be more accurate, and the answers to the prompts we are asking have to be better.
I would rate Microsoft Security Copilot ten points on a scale of one to ten because we are very satisfied with it. It meets our needs without significant issues.
I would rate Microsoft Security Copilot nine out of ten. As a gold partner of Microsoft, I have noticed that professional services can improve their direct contact with developers to avoid delays.

I rate Microsoft Security Copilot nine out of 10. We have not explored all the features yet, and there might be some drawbacks or costs we are unaware of.
I rate Microsoft Copilot for Security seven out of 10. We've had it for three months, so maybe it has some features I'm unaware of. Sometimes, you have to reword the prompts three or four times before getting exactly what you need. It might improve with me getting better at asking and Copilot understanding what I'm asking for.
