We conducted a demo with LiveChat during our evaluation period. When I opened LiveChat during my evaluation, I checked what LiveChat could do and attempted to integrate the SDK into our application. More people are evaluating LiveChat with us. In terms of adoption, we have currently developed a basic demo with LiveChat and provided it to the QA team, who are checking both Freshchat and LiveChat. We will proceed accordingly if everything is satisfactory. During implementation or demos, no features in LiveChat have surfaced that I am not using or do not find relevant for my application currently. However, LiveChat is not offering a free plan, so we have not checked those features yet. I would rate this review as a moderate evaluation of LiveChat based on our current experience.
