We need five to 10 users. I have ID Agent as a backup solution. It has tremendously helped us. I integrate ID Agent with other products, such as the vulnerability scanner and VPenTest. I don't use security awareness training or metrics to measure the effectiveness of ID Agent's features and risk. We switched to Kaseya for ID Agent because of ease of use and trust.
