There were no issues with the scalability of BetterCloud at all, it was a very scalable solution and they had a lot of bandwidth capabilities. BetterCloud didn't have any AI capabilities. I would still recommend BetterCloud to others considering using a SaaS management tool, though not strongly. It was a very reliable tool that did what it claimed to do. We didn't have any problems with it, which is important to know when selecting a tool. Overall, I would rate BetterCloud as a six out of ten.
