We are just customers and end-users of the product. We're using the latest version of the solution. I'd advise a company that is considering the solution, or anything similar, to be sure that the communications and training are very robust before throwing the users into the fray. In general, I would rate the solution at a six out of ten. If it was more intuitive I might give it a higher mark.
