I have not used the AI capabilities of AutomationEdge because in the workflows I need to create, I do not need to use that, but in the future, I can probably use it. I know that it is a partnership, not that I am a customer with them. I do not know anything about the pricing of AutomationEdge because the company buys it. I would recommend AutomationEdge to other people because it is really good to use and really easy to learn. On a scale from one to ten, I rate AutomationEdge a seven out of ten.
I haven't yet tried AI-powered automation of AutomationEdge. I use specific metrics and references to evaluate the success of AutomationEdge's IT process automation in my organization. Overall, I would rate AutomationEdge as a product a seven out of ten, where ten is the best product and one is a bad product.
My organization has a partnership with AutomationEdge. I worked with AutomationEdge at IDFC Bank where I learned many things. I have obtained all AutomationEdge certificates. They provide three certificates: Foundation, Intermediate, and Developer Certificates. Due to cost efficiency, it is very good. If you want a solution at a large scale but have a limited budget, you can definitely choose AutomationEdge. I rate AutomationEdge seven out of ten.

I recommend the solution to those planning to use it. AutomationEdge provides its users with an AEUI portal where they can just directly upload their files, which will then provide a process to maintain that file on the AEUI portal. I rate the overall product a ten out of ten.
I can recommend the solution to those wanting to use it for very simple use cases. When it comes to the complex use cases requiring multiple systems, it might be a struggle if someone chooses AutomationEdge. For beginners or starters, I can recommend AutomationEdge. AutomationEdge doesn't have a good online forum, while also not providing any support when there are multiple use cases of the product. AI features are limited in AutomationEdge compared to other similar tools. I rate the overall solution a six and a half out of ten.
I recommend those planning to use the solution contact the right partner before using it. Also, I recommend the solution to those planning to use it. I rate the overall tool an eight out of ten.
I give the solution a nine out of ten. I recommend AutomationEdge. The solution offers a good cost-benefit compared to other solutions. There are better solutions in the market but their costs are also much higher.
I rate the solution an eight out of ten. The solution is good, but the solution can be improved by including a modular concept and reducing the cost. I recommend the solution to users considering implementing it through the implementation partner, Zinple InfoSolutions, because whenever there's an issue, we reach out to them to renew our license and process automation.
We are vendor-agnostic. As long as we're able to fulfill requirements, we can push any tool. If you are cost conscious, go with AE. I would rate it a seven out of ten.
