Whatever security standards are in the industry, terms of security are implemented in the product. My sales team says that it is a less expensive tool compared to other vendors. I rate the tool a ten out of ten.

I did an audit with the previous version of Alcatel-Lucent OmniAccess Stellar because it had been installed two years ago where I did the audit. My advice is that Alcatel-Lucent should push its partners to be well-trained in wireless technology before promoting its solution (this is the case unfortunately for most vendors) Overall, I rate Alcatel-Lucent OmniAccess Stellar an eight out of ten.
This is the most attractive solution when implemented with ALE LAN solution. That said, as a standalone, it is very useful too - especially in Express mode.
