Grasshopper, Vonage or 8x8?

Besides working for a timeshare company, I am also the Account Assistant for a Graphic Design company. We are looking into changing our phone system from Grasshopper to Vonage or 8x8? We work virtually and we are looking for a phone system within our budget that could help us expand as a company and also that could be used virtually.
