DELL EMC Blade Servers vs UCS Blade Servers - which are the best?

Best would be relative to the needs, I can only share the reason why we went from HPE to Cisco but I am not familiar with Dell. Primarily cost as well as central visibility/management capability (UCS Central/ CIMC Supervisor and now Intersight) which was missing from HP ProLiant solution.
