I think the best features Yext Digital Presence Platform offers are the basic create, read, update, and delete ones, but they are implemented properly and they have an API for other companies to integrate with, which is more than I can say about other online platforms.

The platform can be improved by optimizing the automated AI responses and providing different templates of responses available in the review and reputation management section.
One thing that could be improved is the real-time updates. Currently, when we send changes to Yext Knowledge Graph, the updates are reflected in the analytics tool with some delay, around thirty minutes to an hour.

I believe we could not delete hotels that we created in Yext Digital Presence Platform, so we ended up with a dashboard that had hundreds of hotels that we could not delete from Yext Digital Presence Platform, even though we deleted them from our side.
