It was complex to setup.

It’s not easy to begin to use QualiWare but when you do learn it, it’s very comfortable.

What is most valuable?

I used it for information modelling, workflow modelling and process modelling.

How has it helped my organization?

We had good quality and control over information in our products.

What needs improvement?

I was not so satisfied with arrows in this program.

For how long have I used the solution?

I used QualiWare for modelling for four years.

What was my experience with deployment of the solution?

Yes, but as QualiWare developed, they did better.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

No issues encountered.

Through a vendor team and they were very good.

Good, licenses were a little expensive for our use, but we had all our material in it so we continued to pay for licenses.

It is stable and easy to use.
