I think Mindtickle can be improved because there was a lot of functionality missing in terms of tracking, and our teams had a lot of difficulty when it came time to resetting learners in their learning experiences.

I think the ability to create very sophisticated SCORM-based learning experiences is something that Mindtickle currently lacks, as we use Articulate Rise for our high-level productions.

Mindtickle can be improved in the customization of email templates, as current limitations in the automation rules prevent better customization, and enhancing the Copilot feature to generate content more effectively would also be beneficial.
