I found Application Manager better than other products, including Solarwinds, because there are so manys option in Application Manager that makes it unique, such as supporting all servers, networks, cloud systems etc.

However, it lacks SIEM capabilities and deep-dive analytics compared to rivals. Though documentation and support are comprehensive, integration with third-party tools can be challenging. Real-user monitoring impacts performance unfavorably, and implementation demands a significant mapping effort, which may be cumbersome for deployment.
