I use Google Cloud Platform Cloud Identity-Aware Proxy for storage. The product also makes it easy for me to host some of the websites. I have not used a lot of tools or functionalities offered by the product.

Benefit-wise, the product helps to speed up our company's work and make our storage more efficient, allowing us to retrieve and store files.

The solution's most valuable feature is its interfaces, which are easy to use.

Some of the product users feel that the solution's storage part should be increased, especially when compared to products like Yahoo, which is an old tool in the market that offers unlimited storage to users. Other platforms offer more storage sizes than Google. The storage part of the solution, especially the storage capability offered by Google Drive, needs to be increased.

There are certain shortcomings with the product's stability where improvements are required.

Our company's in-house team takes care of the product's deployment part.

For high-level storage capacity, you have to involve different storage types in your environment. I have never really compared the storage cost of AWS to Google, so I really can't say anything about the cost of the product now. The price of the product falls on the cheaper side of the spectrum.

Irrespective of whether you use the paid services or the free services offered by the product, you are guaranteed to get value from using the tool.

I rate the overall solution an eight and a half out of ten.

From an improvement perspective, Google Cloud Platform's security stack needs to improve. Google Cloud Platform is not open to the end-user or customer, like Microsoft Azure. From an improvement perspective, Google Cloud Platform should consider making its product more open to end users or customers.

Google Cloud Platform is not a product that is very flexible for end-users, especially owing to the fact that there is not much documentation available for the product. Though the documentation available for the product is sufficient to help a technical person understand the product, I would say that Google Cloud Platform is not as open as Azure and AWS.

I have been using Google Cloud Platform for two and a half years. I use the latest version of the solution.

I wouldn't say that there is any mismanagement when it comes to the technical support offered by Google since everything mostly depends on how customers understand a technology. I feel that there is a need for the product to be more open and easy to handle. The product should be made easy enough to be carried to the next level easily.

In the IT industry, though the price of Google Cloud Platform may be less, it gets compared with the security stack offered by the product. I feel that Google Cloud Platform is a good solution, so I say it ensures great returns on investment.

There are some costs attached to the licensing part of Google Cloud Platform, but it does not pose a challenge.

My company evaluated products like Azure and AWS. My company chose Google Cloud Platform since it found its pricing and benefits to be better than Azure and AWS.

If you want to be involved in some development process at a lesser price and make an environment with fewer timelines, then you may opt for Google Cloud Platform.

We created virtual machines (VMs) and used Cloud SQL for our database system. Initially, the cost was higher than we expected. Compared to Oracle Cloud, especially with networking options (like VPN creation for free), Oracle Cloud offered better pricing.

We used Google Workspace, so all my employees have Google Workspace accounts. I initially wanted to use Google Cloud Platform for subscription compatibility. Google Cloud Platform works better with Google Workspace, but unfortunately, it's a bit complicated, especially the networking. Oracle Cloud's virtual network system is much easier and more flexible. Also, Oracle was cheaper. That's the main reason we chose Oracle Cloud.

There is room for improvement in the pricing.

We tried it for three or four months. We experimented with it.

Google Cloud was stable. I would rate the stability an eight out of ten.

It seems scalable. 

I haven't contacted Google Cloud Platform support.

Oracle contacted me, and their support was very helpful especially the Japanese team. Oracle Cloud Infrastructure's support was better than Google's for me.

The initial setup wasn't too difficult. For security, I modified network settings, but it's not very clear. Oracle Cloud's virtual network is much more understandable. For me, Oracle Cloud was a better fit.

It took a few months. Compared to Oracle Cloud, the cost was much higher. Cloud services are still expanding, and as they do, the cost keeps increasing. I don't know why Google Cloud is expanding and getting more expensive.

If you're developing on Google, I think their certification system is helpful.

It is more expensive than Oracle. 

We've already decided to use Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. We tried GCP before, but Oracle Cloud proved to be a better fit for us.

So, Oracle Cloud was more cost-effective for our needs. We found Google Cloud Platform to be more expensive than Oracle Cloud.

Google Cloud Platform could improve its pricing structure.

Overall, I would rate the solution a seven out of ten. I didn't find it as good as I expected.

When it comes to Google Cloud Platform Cloud Identity-Aware Proxy, I have used it as a collaboration tool since I was supposed to use it on one-on-one calls and on Google Chat. I have used the tool for pictures, specifically when you upload and share pictures.

The storage capacity of the product is an area that can be improved if it is made possible to increase it whenever you want. The features of the product are available without any payment, and I don't have any problem paying for some more features in the tool.

When it comes to Google Cloud Platform Cloud Identity-Aware Proxy, I used Google Docs as a collaboration tool, since with it, you can collaborate with someone without any difficulties and track all the changes in it.

It is a good product, and I have seen a lot of improvements in it. I like the product.

It is easy to integrate, especially if I consider the fact that it gives me a single dashboard where I have all the applications or apps displayed.

I have recommended the solution to my friends and colleagues.

If someone plans to use it and they find some loopholes in it, there is a community that can help out.

There are so many things I like about this solution. It's hard to name just one, but I particularly love its user interface. 

Google Cloud Platform Cloud Identity-Aware Proxy has effectively gathered all the necessary elements there. You can easily navigate between projects and manage logs. The navigation panel allows you to switch between different services or centers, helping you figure out the available logs and configure them. 

UI representation is the aspect I like the most about GCP, even more than Azure or AWS.

There are still many aspects I need to explore. However, there is room for improvement in terms of stability. Sometimes we face uncertainty when our internet connection gets disconnected. It becomes challenging to determine whether it's an issue with our internet or if the GCP SDP has crashed. We encounter such errors, but it's difficult to understand the cause. That's why I it is room for improvement, according to me.

In future releases, I would like to see a free version available for students and for those logging in as intermediates or beginners. 

For one of my projects that required deployment and CI/CD, we utilized GCP. It was mainly a DevOps-oriented task unrelated to my development work.

There are a few things that are available for students' free tier. However, for students, the entire platform should ideally be free. 

And it's not just limited to students; even some professionals who need to learn GCP, AWS, or Azure should have free access as partners. 

However, I do understand that there should be charges when professionals create their accounts under the professional category. But for those logging in as intermediates or beginners, it should be available for free. It would be a valuable addition.

Overall, I would rate the solution a nine out of ten. 

Delivery Hero primarily uses GCP as the cloud provider. All of our services are deployed on GCP and we utilize GCP's Pub/Sub queues for messaging.

GCP has been instrumental in providing all the necessary cloud resources for my company. It serves as the foundation for all our cloud deployments. It has helped me with managing the infrastructure for our cloud services.

I find the GCS Portal to be particularly valuable. It is more user-friendly and easier to navigate compared to other cloud providers, such as AWS. I particularly appreciate the user interface of GCS.

There is room for improvement in the tools and features available on the GCP. In particular, the managed databases and queues could be improved, and it would be beneficial to have more offerings in areas such as data science and data warehousing. Additionally, GCP could benefit from offering similar tools to those offered by its competitors, such as Amazon AWS's Redshift.

In my company, we have only dealt with the product's PoC phase. Even in my previous organization, we were only focused on the product from a PoC perspective. My company needs to do some evaluations and take care of the PoC phase to see if the product meets some of our customers' requirements. To validate whether the product meets the requirements of our company's customers, we will have to conduct a use case test and submit the report stating that the solution would be able to fulfill the set requirements.

The tool's grouping option layout and cost are areas of concern where improvements are required.

In case of some breakdowns, how good it would be to get support from Google is not something that I have experienced yet. As long as it is running, the tool is fine.

Against GCP, my company had evaluated other options like AWS and Azure. Considering the ease of use and the management's decision, my company chose GCP.

My company evaluates whether the product is capable of fulfilling the requirements of our customers, and we may even do it with the other OEM tools in the market. Based on the use cases given to my company by its customers, we evaluate whether Azure, AWS, or GCP can be helpful. Among the three cloud options, the ones that are able to fulfill our company's customers' requirements will be evaluated, and their report will be submitted to the manager. Based on the costing part, customers can decide which OEM tool would be the best for them. My company does technical and financial evaluation of the products.

As there were no operational changes and only initial implementation was required, which was a part of the PoC phase, there wasn't much of an impact on the user experience.

All the three service providers, like GCP, Azure and AWS are used to meet the same requirements. I would say that the same benefits are made available to users by all the service providers. The differentiation part can be considered only on the basis of the costs.
