A consistent solution for transaction emails with a great option to define speed
The option to define the kind of speed we are looking at is valuable. For example, sometimes, we need to slow down for certain customers and do specific configurations, so we don't want to rush it. Or we can email the customer requesting to send it within two hours. So, if they send 2 million or 3 million, we can do it with SparkPost, which is not possible on SendGrid.

It's easy to use and integrate, but I have a problem with messages getting marked as spam
When we use Zoho Campaigns, our emails often get routed to the spam or promotion module instead of the inbox. For example, people who use Gmail to receive our newsletter will often miss it because it was sent to their promotion module or folder. Many of our clients aren't seeing our work. We compared it to another solution, and the open rate was much higher because the emails went directly routed to the inbox.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"The option to define the kind of speed we are looking at is valuable."
"We can merge Zoho Campaigns with Zoho CRM and other applications. I think automation is the best feature of the product because it reduces manual inputs. It will work automatically and generate reports."
"The initial setup is easy."
"Zoho Campaigns is a good software for email marketing."
"The out-of-the-box integration with all the other Zoho applications is the most valuable feature of the solution."
"Putting the campaigns together on Zoho is reasonably straightforward. They have a little campaign builder tool that works very well as long as you don't want the campaign to be too sophisticated."
"It's a very simple solution for email."
"Zoho Campaigns is a great product. It's easy to use. Zoho Campaigns is integrated with my CRM, so I can see everything happening within my company from the dashboard. I can manage and group my contacts and automate reporting. I enjoy checking on the metrics for my campaign. It also gives me the option of linking with Google Analytics, but I like Azure analytics better."
"The most valuable feature of Zoho Campaigns is its ability to set up chain campaigns depending on the user's reaction."

Cons

"Implementing their services on the platform requires a lot of technical expertise."
"Zoho Campaigns has to improve its UI because sometimes it won't load the campaigns, and the software is a little lagging."
"I would like the product to include a feature that shows website traffic similar to Mailchimp. I would also like to get user and customer activity on the website so that we can easily set campaigns according to customer interest."
"The reports are not so clear."
"When we use Zoho Campaigns, our emails often get routed to the spam folder instead of the inbox. For example, people who use Gmail to receive our newsletter will often miss it because it was sent to their spam folder. Many of our clients aren't seeing our work. "There is room for improvement with integration with other applications like MailChimp."
"It takes a lot of work to get it set up the way you want. It's not an intuitive product. It takes coding work to get the sales process to work. That setup process could be simplified significantly."
"My usage is limited to the basic features."
"The support team takes a while to respond to our request."
