Fast and secure deployments simplify operations for government and fintech clients
It is a fast and secure DNS. It is very easy to deploy, and my customers are happy with this tool. Additionally, the CDN performance in Mexico is excellent, providing fast service and tools. It offers reliability during high-traffic periods, ensuring no impact on the environment. It helps my clients avoid using on-premise boxes, simplifying operations as they only use the prices on Cloudflare.

Offers detailed features that can greatly assist in DLP systems
My advice for people considering using SearchInform DLP is to recognize its potential to benefit both you and your clients. It offers detailed features that can greatly assist in DLP systems, and by exploring these capabilities, you can better serve your clients. Overall, I would rate the solution a nine out of ten.

Distributors highly benefit from advanced data monitoring and seamless integration features
The Machine Learning capability could be improved, particularly in data discovery. When given sensitive data expressions, the system retrieves files that are not always related. The system should adhere strictly to the given expression rather than just focusing on keywords within the expression. In endpoint features, while the detection rate is good, there could be improvements in remediation and rollback solutions during attacks. Other solutions now include such options since providing 100% security is impossible. The flexibility varies across environments. Enterprise customers find the product performs well without affecting their data, with scans running as scheduled. However, SMB customers experience some performance issues during scanning. Since EDR is integrated, users must access the EDR console to check endpoint detections. It would be beneficial if this functionality were incorporated within the EPO console, as the current threat graphs link doesn't display endpoint threat graphs.

Quotes from Members

Pros

"Centralized, full-featured DNS."
"Its most significant benefit to date is the speed with which it refreshes DNS records on the internet once you change it. If you are changing a website or registering a new record, it is very quick."
"Generally, I am satisfied with this product."
"When using services like Heroku, Cloudflare is very useful for CNAME flattening. I also use it for their end-to-end SSL with TLS authentication on nginx for securing servers."
"New and innovative way to protect the client's data."
"Cloudflare is a security SaaS provider that provides security and protects us from any application layer attack."
"The tool is user-friendly."
"What I like best about Cloudflare is that my company can use it to trace and manage applications and monitor traffic. The solution tells you if there's a spike in traffic. Cloudflare also sends you a link to check your equipment and deployment and track it through peering, so it's a valuable tool."
"The most valuable feature of SearchInform DLP is the analytics tool."
"The support from both the vendor and Trellix is excellent."
"The tool has prebuilt templates for data classification. It is easier for customers to get started."
"Trellix's technical support deserves a perfect rating, and I would rate it ten out of ten compared to other solutions."
"Trellix DLP helps handle false positives, but it depends on your configuration. It is quite overwhelming in terms of its dashboard."
"Trellix DLP offers many features, using EDR, EPP, disk encryption, and other features."
"The most effective aspect of Trellix DLP is that it does what it's supposed to do."
"Trellix DLP has an agent that continuously scans the endpoint and sends the data to the portal. From there, it continuously leverages data from its threat intelligence."
"The solution is stable and does not have glitching issues."

Cons

"The product support needs to be accessible from more places, a wider area of coverage."
"It would be good if Cloudflare could have more servers for better traffic routing or an increase in the traffic routed. This is what I'd like to improve in Cloudflare."
"For the free and Pro plans, Cloudflare could use a simple bot to provide information to users. This would improve support, especially for less advanced users who utilize the free components."
"The solution could work at being less expensive. It costs a lot to use it."
"Cloudflare doesn't have a reverse lookup. We can only do a DNS lookup to get the IP address from the hostname. It doesn't work if you want to look up the hostname from an IPA address."
"An integrated SSO feature would be useful for Cloudflare DNS."
"I would like Cloudflare to offer a dedicated account manager for large enterprise clients like us."
"There are some issues with the CDN services."
"There is room for improvement in terms of implementing a more solid development process, aligning with modern product standards, and upgrading the quality assurance procedures."
"Coverage for Mac OS is lacking as features like clipboard and print protection don't function as expected."
"It's not very user-friendly for a beginner, so it would be easier if the platform or console were manageable or user-friendly. The dashboard could be simplified."
"The main issue I have currently is with technical support."
"Trellix needs to improve customer support."
"Coverage for Mac OS is lacking as features like clipboard and print protection don't function as expected. The agents often affect endpoint performance negatively and do not behave consistently across all machines."
"The bugs need improvement."
"During the initial setup of Trellix DLP, we faced challenges where the Trellix console buffers multiple times, taking time to reload when clicking on features, which needs improvement."
"I would rate the solution seven out of ten based on my last experience within the last six months. It's a bit of a fallback, and I know they are working on improving scalability."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"The solution is expensive when compared to other products but offers unlimited bandwidth."
"For Cloudflare, I recommend it heavily for small businesses with revenue under a couple of million dollars. Onboarding is easy, and they even have a free plan. This makes it simple for businesses in the $100,000-$500,000 range to try it out and see its value, allowing them to scale up their infrastructure as needed."
"In terms of licensing costs, we don't pay for licensing for Cloudflare. We only establish communication, then for peering, Cloudflare takes care of the cross-connection in different data centers."
"There are no additional costs beyond the standard licensing fees."
"That is one of the great features. I was able to access the majority of the features and services for free."
"The pricing depends on the usage, but the cheapest would be around 5,000 USD a month."
"Cloudflare's pricing is not much higher and is good for middle-level organizations."
"I think the pricing is competitive. I think as far as licensing is concerned it's pretty straightforward because it's based on domain. It's just that sometimes domains could be tricky with some customers."

"The pricing depends on the number of users in a company."
