Well-priced, user-friendly, and offers many great features
The solution is too big, too vast to really wrap your head around everything. There are too many directions it can go in. There aren't too many negatives. It's been an overall positive experience. Since they use a capacity license model, the problem is you have to do a first step proof of concept to see how many calls you have. This would dictate the license capacity you need to buy. The product could offer better backgrounds, or the ability to change the background.

Unified communication has transformed our collaboration and consistently boosts project delivery
The best features Zoom Workplace Business offers include screen sharing, clear video and audio, online meetings, large-scale events, call management, mobile apps, unified communication platform, and collaboration. The feature I find myself using the most is an AI-powered collaboration platform that is used to streamline communication, increase employee engagement, optimize in-person time, and improve productivity. The screen sharing is very effective and a helpful tool where we are able to screen share with our colleagues and discuss different tasks and project management ideas. Collaboration has become very efficient, and remote working has also become efficient and prevalent in my organization. We have been able to save a lot of time using Zoom Workplace Business. It has been a game-changer. Zoom Workplace Business elevates the experience with Zoom AI Companion included at no additional cost. It is designed to help employees be more productive, collaborate better, enhance their skills, and unlock time savings.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"It offers the most call control, the most CVI, and the best GDP area in European regions."
"The solution offers a very user-friendly experience."
"The most valuable feature is that it's free."
"The most valuable feature is how stable Zoom is; compared to other collaboration tools, I haven't seen Zoom crash often."
"There are many valuable features. Security is one – you can lock Zoom meetings when you find that all the participants have joined so that there are no intruders."
"It allows for both support and communication at the same time."
"The functionality is great; we like that you can record a session if you like, the video and audio quality are very good, and we can use it anywhere, including on-premise or remotely."
"Zoom is easy to use and makes it easy to communicate with people remotely in meetings."
"One of the most valuable features is the user interface, and with every new update, they introduce new useful features."
"I don't have any issues with the scalability of Zoom."

Cons

"Since they use a capacity license model, the problem is you have to do a first step proof of concept to see how many calls you have."
"There are some things that we require that Zoom does not have."
"Whiteboarding would allow me to utilize the screen to draw something, explain, and write something."
"The product's stability is an area of concern where improvements are required since sometimes users get dropped off from meetings."
"We would like to have the ability to connect people using phone numbers so that non-Zoom users can join conversations."
"The next version should include features like conflict resolution and Version Control."
"It would be useful to be able to share files with my colleagues."
"Security is something Zoom lacks. If you're trying to get proprietary buy-in and enterprise buy-in, security is the top priority. And even though the user interface is simple, every solution could use a tune-up in that department."
"I would not recommend the solution to others."
