Well-priced, user-friendly, and offers many great features
The solution is too big, too vast to really wrap your head around everything. There are too many directions it can go in. There aren't too many negatives. It's been an overall positive experience. Since they use a capacity license model, the problem is you have to do a first step proof of concept to see how many calls you have. This would dictate the license capacity you need to buy. The product could offer better backgrounds, or the ability to change the background.

Unified communication has transformed our collaboration and consistently boosts project delivery
The best features Zoom Workplace Business offers include screen sharing, clear video and audio, online meetings, large-scale events, call management, mobile apps, unified communication platform, and collaboration. The feature I find myself using the most is an AI-powered collaboration platform that is used to streamline communication, increase employee engagement, optimize in-person time, and improve productivity. The screen sharing is very effective and a helpful tool where we are able to screen share with our colleagues and discuss different tasks and project management ideas. Collaboration has become very efficient, and remote working has also become efficient and prevalent in my organization. We have been able to save a lot of time using Zoom Workplace Business. It has been a game-changer. Zoom Workplace Business elevates the experience with Zoom AI Companion included at no additional cost. It is designed to help employees be more productive, collaborate better, enhance their skills, and unlock time savings.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"It offers the most call control, the most CVI, and the best GDP area in European regions."
"The solution offers a very user-friendly experience."
"I've never had to use tech support for it. It just works."
"What Zoom is, is it's a very convenient, easy to use, quick to set up, simple to learn tool."
"Zoom is very convenient to use and the basic functions work well for us."
"Zoom has positively impacted my organization by helping me stay in touch with my customers and my team, allowing us to quickly figure out things in a world where you can't really speak on the phone anymore."
"There is a free version of the solution."
"The most valuable features for me are the spotlight feature and the ability to share video with audio, which some other platforms, like Microsoft Teams, lack. We use it to present sessions and teach end customers or users."
"Zoom is convenient and useful, I would recommend this solution."
"I like the whole application and it's a good option for meetings when it's difficult to attend in person."

Cons

"Since they use a capacity license model, the problem is you have to do a first step proof of concept to see how many calls you have."
"Zoom is more expensive than others."
"The product could use some more automation."
"It's hard for me to find where the button is in order to start a call."
"The user interface should be more straightforward and easy to use."
"One thing that Zoom can improve is the chat. You can send messages to a specific person without messaging everyone. But everyone sees the whole chat if the administrator lets them see the chat. Maybe they could add an option to let you open a private conversation on the side with a person."
"I do not like Zoom as much as Microsoft Teams. I am not sure what is better about Zoom."
"Security is something Zoom lacks."
"There are some things that we require that Zoom does not have."

Pricing and Cost Advice

Information not available

"Zoom is free."
"The cost of Zoom has led me to use WeChat, instead."

"There is a yearly license for this solution. I would like it if they offered better prices."
"There is some basic functionality that's free but if you want to host longer meetings and have more participants, then there is a licensing fee."
