Unified sign-in has simplified access control and has supported end-to-end identity lifecycle
The authentication process is good, but sometimes the responsiveness to requests for enhancement is very slow. I sometimes face issues with platform stability, flexibility in configuration, and limited API availability. I experience downtimes two to three times per year. OneLogin's support team is sometimes very slow to respond. There is a feature limitation with mapping, as OneLogin does not provide one-to-all mapping. For client deployment, we need to create separate mappings for each request, and we cannot use the same mapping for multiple requests. Other areas that have room for improvement are related to API limitations. If a client requires more APIs, such as 5,000 or 6,000, OneLogin charges more. The API rate limits by default or the standard limit should provide more than 5,000. Additionally, OneLogin could provide more flexibility in configuration. These are the main limitations I have identified with OneLogin.

Centralized SaaS visibility has improved cost control and simplifies access management
The best features Zluri SaaS Management offers are SaaS discovery, license usage tracking, automated user provisioning, and access management. Usage tracking stands out for me because it helps me quickly identify inactive users and underused licenses. Instead of checking each application manually, I can review usage data, reclaim licenses, and make better renewal decisions. This saves time, reduces unnecessary spending, and makes SaaS management more efficient. Automated user provisioning and access management help me streamline onboarding and offboarding. When an employee joins or leaves, access can be granted or revoked more efficiently, reducing manual work and the risk of unauthorized access. Regarding Zluri SaaS Management's AI capabilities, I think its governance and security are useful for improving visibility into SaaS access and identifying potential risks. Zluri SaaS Management has been very dependable for identifying usage patterns and potential security risks, but I would verify important findings before acting on them.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"Security incidents have gone down because of the stronger authentication, and our IT team has saved a lot of time on access issues."
"OneLogin has positively impacted us in many different ways, particularly in terms of cost, as our costs have been reduced compared to what we have been spending."
"OneLogin has positively impacted my organization by allowing users to securely access multiple applications with a single sign-on, improving user experience, and reducing password-related issues and support tickets."
"We have seen almost a 50 to 60% reduction in IT support tickets, making the task much easier."
"Implementing MFA and role-based access control has significantly reduced the risk of unauthorized access, especially with sensitive health records or FinTech data."
"We have observed approximately 45 to 50% fewer password-related support tickets, faster user onboarding by nearly 60%, and reduced errors."
"Overall it has resulted in a highly productive IT services organization."
"Overall, OneLogin has been a reliable and user-friendly IAM platform that helps simplify SSO and strengthen MFA adoption without creating too much complexity for users or administration."
"Zluri SaaS Management is a game-changer for access audits, truly saving us during audits with visibility of what software is assigned to users in one place, which has been extremely helpful for off-boardings."
"Usage tracking stands out for me because it helps me quickly identify inactive users and underused licenses, and this saves time, reduces unnecessary spending, and makes SaaS management more efficient."
"Zluri SaaS Management has helped identify inactive users and inactive applications, saving approximately $60,000 in the last quarter alone, which has directly impacted overall revenue, leading to a 15% increase."

Cons

"Lately, I've been a little disappointed with the stability. We had a few outages recently."
"The solution keeps going down for many hours, which impacts the entire company. You can't access any applications. OneLogin Desktop has a huge problem where it locks your computers and you need to reset the whole computer, which is pretty insane."
"OneLogin could be improved with a more intuitive admin interface and simpler configuration for advanced integrations and policies."
"I think OneLogin is good, but it would be better if it could provide a mobile app that includes specific features, for example, to check logs or compliance."
"OneLogin could improve its admin interface and troubleshooting experience because some configuration and error logs can be difficult to track during complex integrations or provisioning issues."
"You should build the documentation a little better and more clearly because it is currently a convoluted mess, but that goes for every One Identity product."
"The learning curve of OneLogin is a bit tricky, requiring around two to three days of training to use it."
"The one area for enhancement I can suggest is the initial setup, which requires considerable planning to execute the deployment."
"Zluri SaaS Management has been a very great tool, though some application integrations require additional setup or validation to ensure usage data is fully accurate, which can take time during onboarding."
"Zluri offers AI integrations with ChatGPT, Claude, DeepSake, and others, but the accuracy of these integrations is not yet 100%."
"I think Zluri SaaS Management could be improved by having more flexible integrations with other business tools, better dashboard customization, and more detailed usage reports."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"The price of the licensing is fine."
"While I wish OneLogin's pricing was more affordable, their licensing model, which is based on per user, is acceptable."
"Surprisingly expensive given the price of on-premise solutions."
"The pricing and licensing are reasonable. It is much cheaper than other products."
"The pricing for OneLogin seems to be okay. The pricing and licensing are affordable. If you'd consider OneLogin to be expensive, it's worth it."
"OneLogin's pricing, from the perspective of the education sector, seems quite reasonable for the value it delivers."
"We were happy with the price we got when we signed up, but I don't know what will happen when the time comes to renew because it is a different company now. We haven't seen any pricing models or had that discussion yet. My renewal is a year and a half away. It's worth what we're paying for it. There's no way we could provide the level of service for cheaper or try to do the same in-house."
"It was cheap in the beginning, and then it became very expensive. We were initially charged $2 per user per month, which was fine, but by the second year, they increased it to $5 per user. That became very expensive for us because we had about 1,500 users. At $2 per user, it comes out to be $3,000 a month, which is $36,000 a year. If we move to $5 per user, it comes out to be $7,500 a month. That made its cost so high. That is why we removed the product because the cost was high."
