WorkFusion's support team is praised for responsiveness and expertise, though some desire improved upgrade support and communication.
Their response time could be improved, especially for new issues not found in the community version.
They allow sharing of issues faced in use cases and work alongside us to resolve them.
Some issues are resolved quickly, while others might take time as they require further analysis.
Initial support often struggles to find solutions, leading to delays until more experienced personnel get involved.

IQ Bot is scalable, adaptable across businesses, with cloud-enhanced flexibility, handling demand while maintaining performance despite some concerns.
Sentiment score
7.3
WorkFusion offers scalable automation, robust integration, and widespread deployment despite version-specific challenges, meeting substantial automation needs effectively.
The scalability is very good, but it depends on how the bots are coded.
The number of bots currently running on the platform should be more than 1,000, including RPA and non-RPA bots.
WorkFusion is efficient for structured automation tasks with predefined templates and clear documentation.

Stability Issues

Sentiment score
9.0
Users find IQ Bot reliable and satisfactory, but it requires high-quality inputs and improvements for diverse PDF formats.
Sentiment score
6.9
WorkFusion is generally reliable with effective support, but faces challenges in memory usage, infrastructure, and high-volume task stability.
It works well with systems like JDE and Mainframes.
WorkFusion requires a strong background in Java to meet requirements effectively.
I frequently face issues with infrastructure and some WorkFusion-related problems, such as login issues.
Some stability problems may arise from processes that have not been designed or coded properly, leading to glitches.

Room For Improvement

IQ Bot requires intelligence upgrades, better integration, usability, cost efficiency, support for handwritten documents, and enhanced scalability.
WorkFusion needs ERP integration, user-friendly features, codeless options, improved ML and OCR, plus accessible global training.
This change could help me avoid confusion, especially if applications have similar names or when different pages of the same application are in use.
More flexibility and specific models for specific purposes would be beneficial.
In low-code automation, most parts are not customizable, particularly when Excel is involved, which increases complexity.
The main concern is the technical nature, which requires significant Java skills.

Setup Cost

IQ Bot's pricing is negotiable but high, with annual costs and variable pricing complicating affordability for smaller businesses.
WorkFusion is costly but offers unlimited licenses for some, making it worthwhile for enterprise-scale deployments despite complex pricing.
The competition, particularly with hyperscalers like Azure and AWS, offers alternatives at one-tenth of the cost.
In my experience, compared to Power Automate, IQ Bot is high-priced, but when compared to UiPath, it is lower priced.
Currently, I would rate their pricing around two, as WorkFusion's cloud version seems costly compared to others.
I am not familiar with the exact pricing, however, it is considered pricey.
It is worth the money as a tool.

Valuable Features

IQ Bot excels in data extraction, automation, and customization with OCR technology, flexible deployment, and Python scripting capabilities.
WorkFusion offers robust automation with user-friendly features, comprehensive integrations, scalability, and efficient document processing capabilities.
This feature is particularly useful when dealing with multiple workbooks or Excel sheets, as it prevents confusion about which Excel sheet to use at a particular time.
Automation Anywhere offers a coherent solution with its automation tools, making maintenance easier.
It also supports reusable code components through Java, making it efficient for developers.
They provide an inbuilt Selenium framework and infrastructure that eases my workload, allowing me to write Java code and embed it within Groovy classes.
The platform now includes auto machine learning and AI capabilities.

Has valuable OCR capabilities and a straightforward setup process
The initial setup is straightforward. Automation Anywhere's cloud-based tools make the deployment process relatively easy compared to other solutions. The on-premises version can be deployed in about a week, as testing is involved. However, deploying the cloud version takes approximately 30 minutes since everything is pre-configured and ready to deploy.

Cloud platform orchestrates business processes with AI capabilities
I find the capabilities that a normal orchestrator should have to be valuable in WorkFusion. The WorkFusion 10 cloud-based platform is different from the earlier on-prem version, WorkFusion 9. The platform now includes auto machine learning and AI capabilities. We haven't used these extensively, but they are a nice feature they are working on. The platform remains stable with well-designed processes, despite being a complex and technical tool.
