Room For Improvement

IQ Bot requires improvements in usability, cost-effectiveness, document handling, OCR accuracy, AI capabilities, and integration with third-party solutions.

Setup Cost

Enterprise users find IQ Bot costly compared to competitors, but its advanced features justify the price for large organizations.
WorkFusion is costly but offers unlimited licenses for some, making it worthwhile for enterprise-scale deployments despite complex pricing.
The competition, particularly with hyperscalers like Azure and AWS, offers alternatives at one-tenth of the cost.

In my experience, compared to Power Automate, IQ Bot is high-priced, but when compared to UiPath, it is lower priced.

Valuable connectivity and coherent solutions simplify maintenance but require cost adjustments for industry-based needs
There are areas of improvement, especially in having industry-based solutions that we could easily tap on. It would help reduce the time spent on feeding information and creating outputs. More flexibility and specific models for specific purposes would be beneficial. Additionally, pricing is a concern as IQ Bot is considered costly.

Cloud platform orchestrates business processes with AI capabilities
I find the capabilities that a normal orchestrator should have to be valuable in WorkFusion. The WorkFusion 10 cloud-based platform is different from the earlier on-prem version, WorkFusion 9. The platform now includes auto machine learning and AI capabilities. We haven't used these extensively, but they are a nice feature they are working on. The platform remains stable with well-designed processes, despite being a complex and technical tool.
