A really good GUI that is easy for non-technical users to understand
Our company uses the solution for one of our bank clients. We use App Connect middleware to monitor services and applications such as Docker, Kubernetes, MongoDB, and MS SQL Server. Helpful dashboard, and the ElasticSearch feature helps to identify problematic components
Savision continuously develops new modules to allow further integration, so the only item would continue with this effort to allow more-and-more systems to integrate into this platform. Perhaps more focus can be done on the CMDB portion and bi-directional communication to the ITSM system, but this is a small portion.
