Tracking orders is easy and it is intuitive. Sometimes when the load gets too much, it's a little slow.
It has a very good user interface. It makes my life easy, because I am from the quality testing team, so it's easy for me to track any order. Since I am from Target, I need to track orders; tracking is very easy through the IBM Order Management System. It is extremely intuitive.

Great inventory synchronization and centralization for easy management across e-commerce channels
Barcode and QR code generation can be enhanced by the addition of interfaces. The attributes can be increased and an inward and outward system can be assigned as per the line system. The Mobile Application interface should have the option of upgrading and updating. The user-oriented features like user rights, picking and packing operations can be enhanced by giving the related rights to the user. It should accept various sorts of codes on scanning so stock can be easily maintained as per the inventory updates with inward and outward.
