Spacebring is the coworking space software that streamlines operations and helps deliver superior member service. Administrators save over 15 hours a week by automating billing and payments, while staying connected with members in real time through the native admin app. Members enjoy easy access to all coworking space services through the white-label app. With quick onboarding, responsive support, and proven insights from 500+ locations, Spacebring makes running your coworking space effortless.

What are the primary features of Spacebring?

• Automated Billing & Payments: Streamlines revenue collection by automating recurring membership fees, one-off invoices, and credit notes. It supports auto-pay via saved cards/Direct Debit and real-time synchronization with accounting apps like Xero and QuickBooks to ensure financial compliance.
• Unified Booking System: Provides real-time scheduling for meeting rooms and desks through an interactive interface on web and mobile. The system prevents double bookings and allows for instant payments, use of membership credits, or "pay by invoice" options.
• Self-Service Member App: A white-label mobile and web portal where members can sign up for memberships, book resources, pay invoices, and RSVP for events, significantly reducing the administrative workload on staff.
• Real-Time Admin Mobile App: A dedicated app for shared space operators to manage the workspace on the go. Admins can handle member requests, chat with users, resolve support tickets, and manage room bookings from their pockets without being tied to a desktop.
• Open Storefront & Conversion: Functions as a public sales channel where non-members can browse availability, sign up, and purchase memberships or day passes directly. This converts external visitors into customers without requiring manual staff intervention.
• Lem AI Agent: Acts as an autonomous 24/7 teammate that resolves member inquiries using your space’s custom guides, triages and routes support tickets to the right admins, and assists in drafting community content and analyzing flex space data.
• Integrated Access Control: Connects with digital key systems (such as Kisi, Brivo, or Salto) to automatically grant or revoke physical entry permissions based on active memberships or specific booking times, enabling secure 24/7 operations.
• Community Engagement Tools: Fosters coworking space culture through a centralized newsfeed for announcements with likes and comments, a searchable member directory for networking, and a streamlined event management system for ticket sales.

What benefits and ROI should be considered?

• Superior Member Service: Delivers a premium, 24/7 self-service experience through a white-labeled mobile app. Members enjoy total autonomy to book rooms, pay invoices, and access the space instantly, shifting the staff's role from "administrative" to "hospitality-focused."
• Operational Efficiency: Automates core administrative tasks, saving operators between 15 to 20 hours per week by eliminating manual invoicing and booking management.
• Revenue Acceleration: The "Open Storefront" feature turns the platform into a passive sales channel; some spaces have reported a 757% revenue increase within a year by allowing the public to discover and purchase services instantly.
• Reduced Labor Costs: Lem AI and automated onboarding handle routine member inquiries and transactions, allowing owners to scale to multiple locations without the immediate need to hire additional front-desk staff.
• Improved Cash Flow: Automated billing and in-app payment processing significantly reduce late payments, with leading spaces moving 97% of all member transactions directly into the mobile app for a frictionless financial cycle.
• Enhanced Security & Flexibility: Seamless integration with access control systems (like Kisi or Brivo) ensures secure 24/7 member access while reducing the risk of unauthorized entry, allowing for truly flexible "unmanned" hours.
